18 Nov lyntia strengthens its commitment to digital security and trust
· The company has obtained a score of 770 points on the BitSight Index, consolidating its high level of cybersecurity in the telecommunications sector
Madrid, 18 November 2025 — lyntia, a leading wholesale telecommunications infrastructure operator in Spain and Portugal, reaffirms its commitment to information security and protection, strategic elements within its corporate culture.
The company continues to develop initiatives that reinforce the trust of its customers, collaborators and employees, integrating security into every stage of its operations. As part of its strategic cybersecurity plan, lyntia has achieved a score of 770 points on the BitSight Index, one of the most internationally recognised platforms for evaluating the security of organisations.
The BitSight Index continuously analyses thousands of public and private data points, including vulnerabilities, incidents detected and insecure configurations, to assign a score that reflects a company’s level of protection and maturity against digital risks. The official BitSight scale ranges from 250 to 900 points, with 900 being the theoretical maximum; however, the effective range for real companies is typically between 300 and 820 points.
lyntia’s result of 770 points reflects a very high level of maturity and effectiveness in its controls and processes on the BitSight scale. It also places the company among the organisations with the best security and risk management practices in the sector.
Furthermore, this commitment to information protection is backed by the company’s key certifications, including ISO 27001 and adherence to the National Security Scheme (ENS).
‘At lyntia, we understand cybersecurity as an ongoing commitment; it is part of who we are and how we deliver value. Our BitSight score, together with ISO 27001 certification and ENS compliance, are milestones that demonstrate results, but we continue to drive initiatives to increase our resilience and protection further.’ – Marta Ruperez, IT Director at lyntia
