11 Nov lyntia launches DC Connect, a unique cloud and network connectivity solution at 100 data centres in Iberia
– This new solution allows companies to access multiple digital services quickly, securely and efficiently from a single physical connection
Madrid, 11 November 2025 — lyntia, a leading wholesale telecommunications infrastructure operator in Spain and Portugal, launches DC Connect, a solution designed to facilitate private and secure interconnection between data centres and connectivity to the Internet, security providers, cloud and artificial intelligence, with greater speed, performance and efficiency.
This solution is now available at 100 data centres in the Iberian Peninsula, which is establishing itself as a strategic digital hub in Europe, providing a unique solution in the region for its customers. Through DC Connect, customers can access different services from a single physical connection – the DC Port – which simplifies technical management and optimises the costs of the solution, among other benefits that include:
· Speed through rapid deployment thanks to pre-connected ports.
· Operational and economic efficiency, with multiple services through a single physical port.
· Security of private connectivity without going through the public Internet, with MACsec encryption option.
· Performance offered by reduced and predictable latency.
· Scalability, with high capacity and flexible bandwidth option.
DC Connect operates with a combination of lyntia’s own fibre network, which covers 70% of public data centres on the peninsula, and its extensive MPLS network (more than 350 nodes in 200 cities), to offer:
· MEF 3.0 certified private Ethernet E-Line connectivity
· Access to multiple cloud providers and regions
· Automated provisioning and 24/7 support (in Spanish and English)
· High availability and redundant services with guaranteed service level
· Scalability from 1 Gbps to 100 Gbps
“With DC Connect, we are addressing a growing market need: how to quickly, flexibly and securely access multiple clouds, network services and key applications for digital transformation and sustainable business growth. This solution is born from our in-depth understanding of our customers’ connectivity needs and the robust infrastructure that supports us.”
— Mariló Quevedo, Product Manager of Connectivity Services at lyntia
