Internal Reporting Channel – Speak Up<\/strong><\/h2>\n

lyntia provides access to a secure and accessible internal reporting channel for making queries, raising concerns and\/or reporting behaviour that may be considered irregular or in breach of rules and regulations, or which may constitute a legal violation, as well as any form of conduct that goes against our Code of Ethics.<\/p>\n

lyntia’s internal reporting system: Speak Up ensures appropriate protection for individuals who report any of the actions or omissions referred to above, strictly enforcing the confidentiality and protection of the whistleblower, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the system as provided for in Act 2\/2023, of 20 February, and all other applicable regulations.<\/p>\n
